Data processed
- RegistryRegistration plates of vehicles observed in public places or in public listings, with model, colour, options and sightings (date, place, mileage, price). A plate may indirectly identify the owner: it is treated as personal data.
- MembersEmail address, nickname, optional presentation, password (stored hashed), language, dates of registration and approval.
- SecurityTechnical logs needed to prevent abuse (attempt counters kept for at most 24 hours).
Purposes and legal basis
Keeping an enthusiast registry of rare GT cars and managing the members' club, on the basis of legitimate interest (registry) and of the contract formed by membership (member accounts).
The registry is kept by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts:
- it is not used for any commercial purpose;
- no data is sold or rented;
- it is used neither for advertising nor for profiling.
The legitimate interest pursued is the documentation and traceability of rare cars (production, colours, options, history). Owners' interests are protected by restricting access to approved members, by never showing owners' identity, and by the right to have a vehicle removed at any time.
Retention
- MembersFor as long as the account exists; deleted with the account.
- Unconfirmed sign-upsDeleted after 7 days.
- RegistryAs long as the registry exists, unless the owner objects.
Recipients and processors
Cloudflare (hosting, database) and Resend (sending emails). Data is never sold. Access to the registry is reserved to approved members.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data, and to restrict it. Write to porsche@flat6gt.com.
Vehicle owners can request removal of their vehicle at any time via the dedicated form. Requests are handled within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
